Accessing Knowledge Base?

Hi,

The knowledge base powered by the same software as the forum and is accessed via the “Docs” link in the top navigation bar when you log in to the forum.

The Knowledge base can only be accessed by the account that paid for the subscription. Your account has the “KB supporter” badge so it should be able to access the Knowledge base.

The Knowledge Base is a curated collection of articles, tutorials, and troubleshooting posts. It is the result of the many consultations with book supporters, support customers, resellers, and users. The book was a good start but after several iterations of the new draft, the result was always a split opinion. It became clear that a static book cannot be everything for everyone.
