4.5.7: Updated .env file: MAYAN_APT_INSTALLS removed

Continuing the discussion from Version 4.5.7:

Could it be that MAYAN_APT_INSTALLS was removed unintentionally in https://gitlab.com/mayan-edms/mayan-edms/-/commit/444e042206126949a5b1204f35e011d0377c7f15 ?

The variable MAYAN_APT_INSTALLS works in a similar way to MAYAN_PIP_INSTALLS. It did not made sense to have one and not the other. There are also other variables that were to added to the .env file.

In the end is best to have as little examples in the .env file to avoid having the same situation again where the documentation says one thing and the .env file another.
