Credentials

Fixed the docstrings of the credential API endpoints. The docstrings are used not just internally but by the API documentation generator.

Other

  • Documentation updates:
    • Remove obsolete chapters.
    • Clear existing app documentation chapter folders when generating the app documentation.
    • Add previously remove dependency sphinxcontrib-blockdiag to the removals file.
