Is there any possibility to report the spam posts, so a moderator/admin can easily delete them?

Yes, it is possible.
I think new accounts have did disabled but once you continue to engage and participate your account will have this option automatically.
Spam is always present and we deal with it rather quickly. It is a cat and mouse game. Some spam succeed before we formulate a new filter to block in.
