Is it possible that the mail after the registration is not sent at the moment?
we tried to make a new account and the confirmation link mail will never arrive.
It is not blocked at the server level (microsoft 365 exchange online) and it worked for my account in the past.
We understand you’re experiencing difficulties.
We’ve confirmed that our email server settings and functionality are operating correctly.
To help us isolate the issue, could you please test sending an email using an alternate email account from a different domain?
Also, please check your spam or junk mail folder. Occasionally, automated filters may incorrectly flag emails from our domain as spam. This can occur when malicious users subscribe to our mailing list and subsequently report our emails as spam, which can negatively impact our domain’s reputation ranking.
Thank you.
Our mail is on Microsoft exchange online and there is nothing in the server logs.
no mail is arriving that is accepted, rejected or otherwise processed.
our domain is @wus-technik.com
I just tried to register and the verification mail is not being sent to “us”
If you have access to your mail server logs, this type of issue can typically be identified and resolved within five minutes.
I’m using a dedicated, self-hosted mail server, and there are no issues on Mayan EDMS’s side. The application properly hands off emails to the configured SMTP server, so if the confirmation message isn’t arriving, it’s very likely a mail server or delivery issue rather than a problem with Mayan itself.
I recommend reviewing the logs in Exchange Online to see if the message is being accepted, rejected, or filtered. This should help pinpoint whether it’s being blocked or flagged before reaching the inbox.
