Is it possible that the mail after the registration is not sent at the moment?
we tried to make a new account and the confirmation link mail will never arrive.
It is not blocked at the server level (microsoft 365 exchange online) and it worked for my account in the past.

To help us isolate the issue, could you please test sending an email using an alternate email account from a different domain?
Also, please check your spam or junk mail folder. Occasionally, automated filters may incorrectly flag emails from our domain as spam. This can occur when malicious users subscribe to our mailing list and subsequently report our emails as spam, which can negatively impact our domain’s reputation ranking.
