The payment processor responded with the following message:
Direct the user to contact the issuing bank. Retries won’t succeed.
Please do so to re-enable the payment method.
We’ll investigate if the payment processor can support additional payment method this the services.
However please be aware that other payment methods may be subject to different verification processes and surcharges that may increase the total final price of the Knowledge Base subscription.
Thank you very much @roberto.rosario I have tried 2 different cards, however I have used same card for various payments.
I don’t mind to get optional payment method.
