As requested by our users, we have completed the process of adding new payment options. This involved obtaining approval from multiple jurisdictions, not all of which were able to approve the changes.
To facilitate this update, we also had to modify the payment workflow. Previously, the entire payment process took place within the forum. However, with these changes, customers will now be redirected to the payment processor’s website to complete their transactions.
The new payment options available are now:
- Credit cards
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- ACH direct debit
- Cash App Pay
These updates apply to both purchases and renewals of our Knowledge Base as well as the Support Subscriptions.
