Need Help: Mayan EDMS Walk through for Dummies

Hi Roberto and Everyone,

Good day!

Just a little background about me, I am Technical Support with very basic idea of Linux.
I install Mayan EMDS on a copy and paste basis and would have a hard time to resolve issues should it occur.

I want your guidance on how to properly start my journey to getting Mayan EDMS up and running.

What I have done so far:
• Installation on an Ubuntu VM using docker
• Data sources tried: Default, Staging, Watch using a Brother ADS-4700W
• Viewing Files
• Cabinets
• User, Groups and Roles

Here is some list that I’m having hard time getting it done or maybe I’m doing it in the wrong order.
Where should I start?

• Document Versioning
• Document Downloading
• Signature Captures
• Document Metadata
• Workflow
