Getting Mayan running on Rhel 7

Post by kelvin99 » Mon Jul 08, 2019 7:24 pm

I'm trying to get Mayan working on a Rhel 7 box, but SELinux is proving to be an issue. The docker containers for Postgres and Mayan EDMS are both constantly restarting. If I disable SELinux, the containers stay up and I can access the web interface, but I'd rather not disable SELinux. If i check the logs for the containers, it's just hundreds of basically the same permission denied error:

Code: Select all

chown: changing ownership of '/var/lib/postgresql/data/base/16384/16712': Permission denied
chown: changing ownership of '/var/lib/postgresql/data/base/16384/16713': Permission denied
chown: changing ownership of '/var/lib/postgresql/data/base/16384/16724': Permission denied
chown: changing ownership of '/var/lib/postgresql/data/base/16384/16726': Permission denied
I've googled around a lot but I honestly don't know much about SELinux or how it can be configured. Has anyone else run into this issue or have any suggestions?
