Logging configuration

Post by dexter2206 » Mon Mar 18, 2019 3:00 pm

Hi all,

I would like to introduce (for my own purpose) some modification to Mayan. While working on the project I would like to turn on logging in Django, so that the built-in server shows all the incoming requests. To this end, I tried configuring logging in settings file by setting LOGGING variable to dictionary specifying config for "django" logger. Specifically, this is the content of my LOGGING variable:

Code: Select all

LOGGING = {
    'version': 1,
    'disable_existing_loggers': False,
    'handlers': {
        'console':{
            'level':'DEBUG',
            'class':'logging.StreamHandler',
        },
    },
    'loggers': {
        'django': {
            'handlers':['console'],
            'propagate': True,
            'level':'DEBUG',
        }
    },
}
Still, when running development server I cannot see any output printed to standard streams. What am I missing?
