Can't rebuild indexes

Post by Costo »

Hi,I hope you are well in face of the actual evens...

I notice recently that my indexes are disappeared.I have the return of the error than I push on the reset index:

"""
File "/opt/mayan-edms/lib/python3.7/site-packages/django/db/models/query.py", line 384, in get
(self.model._meta.object_name, num)
mayan.apps.document_indexing.models.MultipleObjectsReturned: get() returned more than one IndexInstanceNode -- it returned 2!
"""
I saw in the forum something similar.
One of the solutions was to reset and rebuild. For the moment I always get the same error whatever I do.
I didn't try to delete my index scripts yet  and the write newely.
The cause - I think one day I had the problem of permissions on my watch folder and something happened  when I was doing the manual tests.
For other functionalities I don't see any other anomaly.
What is the possibility to resolve my issue. Where I can find and eliminate it that create this error?
Actually  I am on 3.3.15 version, postgres 9.5, alpine 5.0.
Is the upgrade the version could be a good the first step?

Thank you in advace
