new document upload cabinet list sorting and list size

Hi,
I am searching for a possibility to get the cabinet list (drop down) on adding a new document to mayan by webform sorted. The list appears unsorted. Also, I would like to increase the drop down list length of the cabinet list. I did not find any possibility in the system settings to change this properties.
Can anybody help me?
