Metadata choose between list of possible values or typed user input

Hello guys.

When creating a metadata type it is possible to choose between allowing any value for input OR a list of possible values using the Lookup field. This is quite useful. But in real life what you need is a combination of the both above.

So what I want to achieve is have a drop down with a list of possible values (the most commonly used), but if no value is the one the user wants to enter, then he could type any value he wishes.

Example:
Metadata Type: Color
Possible values (from drop down): Blue, Green, Black, White, <any_value_the_user_wishes_to_type>

Is this possible to achieve?
