I think you need to segment the tutorials, for example:
1) A home use case -- so keeping track of all documentation -- maybe a couple of hundred docs
2) a charity organisation -- wanting to deal with thousands of docs with some automation around indexes and process management
3) Enterprise -- more of tha above with more users, using workflows etc (I can understand that this needs a support contract)
I am looking at a charity organisation use case so trying to find the right solution with a tiny budget for some kit but all time unpaid.
Community contributed guides or tutorials for multiple topics like installations for other operating systems or platforms, monitoring, log aggregation, etc.
