Subscription Payment

Hi @roberto.rosario I have been trying to pay for my subscription fee and I have been getting the below error. After entering all necessary details.

“A payment method of type card was expected to be present, but this PaymentIntent does not have a payment method and none was provided. Try again providing either the payment_method or payment_method_data parameters.”

this is the message shown by the payment processor:

Direct the user to contact the issuing bank. Retries won’t succeed. Learn more about declines

Seems there is problem with the account connected to the payment method.
