SSL via Traefik install tesseract-ocr-pol

Following the instructions in the knowledge base, I started ssl using traefik. The network is isolated, which prevents tesseract-ocr-pol from downloading. How do I allow this download?

Without traefik, downloading tesseract-ocr-pol works without any problems.

Checking the new version of mayan edms does not work either, for obvious reasons.

Updating the article to address this use case.
