Hi. I need some instructions for my smart link scenario:
I have some documents which have metadata key = ‘department’. Its values are departmentA, departmentB, departmentC.
I want to use smart link to group documents for each department. Image below is my setup for condition and document type(I enable smart link for all document types). But it doesn’t work. Can any help me point out what i did wrong and how to fix it ?
Hi. I think you will want the Foreign document field to be Metadata value and not File metadata key because the value of the fields needs to equal your department and not the key?
