I was looking at the Quick labels option. Looks like it changes the name of the document to whatever the quick label is. Not sure how this would be useful as all the documents would have the same “name”. I know the file backend is a UUID, what would be the use case for this feature.
Quick labels are useful when you are uploading documents with non descriptive names like sequences generated by scanners. The quick label dropdown selection allows renaming the document to something more useful as you upload them.
It is also used to control the choice of labels to which a document can be renamed in environments where filenames are restricted due laws, regulations or certifications, like manufacturing, or engineering.
