How to select all documents?

Hello everyone,

I’m using Mayan to store a bunch of PDFs for my work. We’re roughly at 10’000+ and counting.

We decided to change our practices and I need to reflect those changes in Mayan.

I’d like to select all documents in a cabinet, a tag, or an index.

The thing is, that I don’t know how.

The only option I can think of right now is selecting multiple documents with shift + click. But you have to do it on every page of the listing. This isn’t an option with the hundreds of pages of documents I have on Mayan.

What is the way to accomplish this then?

For instance, I’d like to move all the documents matching a specific tag or cabinet name to a new cabinet.

Thank you

Is there anyone who can help? @roberto.rosario you should know

The current pagination is not really useful when you have even like 8000 documents imagine a million!

I had this problem after uploading by accident thousand of duplicated documents. Deleting them was a daunting task going from paginated page to the next etc … not very user friendly.
