Re: Changing document_type from api

My current work around is to connect to the database directly and manipulate it there. I'm sure this is bad and I hope to be able to use the API in the future. I'm not sure *how* it is bad other than any indexes relying on the doc type have to be rebuilt afterwards.

Changing document_type from api [SOLVED]

I am trying to change the document type of a document via the API. I *think* I should use the PATCH version of /api/documents/{id}/ but no matter what I put in for document_type, and I've tried several variations, it doesn't work. I see that the front end uses /documents/{id}/type/ but that requires...

/api/documents/{id}/cabinets returns 500

Whether the document specified belongs to no cabinets or one or many, the api call returns a 500 error. The following error shows up in the logs: mayan.apps.common.middleware.error_logging <213> [ERROR] "process_exception() line 18 Exception caught by request middleware; <WSGIRequest: GET '/api/docu...

One index, one document, multiple nodes

I want to have the same document show up in multiple nodes of an index. As a concrete example, imagine that I use tags as date markers. A document may have multiple dates and thus multiple tags. A contract has a start and an end date, for example. If I tag that contract with 2019-01-01 and with 2019...

Re: Docker image for 3.2 appears broken

Yup. Deleting the config.yaml let it start up.

Thanks!

Docker image for 3.2 appears broken

First off, I love Mayan even if I am still trying to figure it out. Second, after upgrading from the 3.1.10 tag to the 3.2 tag, it won't start any more. The log shows that it complains of a missing python package, specifically the appearance package. I also notice that the 3.2 image is almost 100 me...
